Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Delivery times will vary depending on your selected shipping method and carrier.

Shipping Issues or Delays:
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, or if your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us at info@CBCEuticals.com so we can assist you.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 days of order receipt. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note: Opened or used products cannot be returned.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee, as CBD affects individuals differently.

Return Process:
Email us at info@CBCEuticals.com within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return and to request the return shipping address.
Ship your unopened product back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Once you’ve shipped your item, email your tracking number to info@CBCEuticals.com so we can monitor the return.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund (less restocking and shipping fees) will be issued. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
